What time does school start?
The School Doors will open at 8:10am and school hours are 8:30am-3:15pm, M-F, for 1st grade-12th grade. Kindergarten has a start time of 12:30pm-3:15pm, M-F.
When is my tuition due?
Tuition is due on the 1st of every month. If you are choosing to pay tuition in full to receive a 5% discount, it must be paid by September 1st.
Is there a late fee?
Yes, a $75 late fee is charged if not received with in 10 days of the initial due date.
How can I pay my tuition?
Cash, Check or Money Order may be brought into the school lobby and dropped off directly into our tuition box. Online Payments can be made through our website and School App via PayPal. For online payment please add notation of your student’s/students full name(s). Registration and Enrichment Fees may be paid by cash or check only.
My student will be tardy/absent, what do I do?
Simply contact the school office and leave a message or you may contact your Supervisor via email. If we do not receive information on your student’s reason on being tardy or absent, the tardy/absent will not be excused.
My student forgot something, may I bring it to them?
You may bring it to the front desk and we will be sure your student receives their item.
Uh-Oh, my student is out of dress code, what happens next?
If we find that your student is out of dress code, we will call you to ask to bring the appropriate uniform attire. Your student will be unable to participate in any school and Learning Center activities until they are in the appropriate uniform.
My student has a doctor’s appointment during school time?
Contact the school office or your supervisor directly or via email to communicate if they will return to school or are being picked up early. We will have your student ready for their pickup in the front lobby for K-5th. Jr. High and High School confirm pick up location with your Supervisor.
My student takes/needs special medicine?
With a signed note provided, please let your supervisor know the information, as they will need to administer and to hold the medicine for your student.
My student cannot participate in P.E. for medical reasons?
Please provide a signed doctor’s note excusing them. We will also apply this for any physical activity during breaks and lunches which will require them to sit at the lunch tables and partake in less physical activity form.
Are there microwaves available for student’s use?
Yes, as long as your student is aware on how to properly use a microwave and understands the directions for heating the specific food. They must not leave the microwave while their food is heating and please refrain from bringing any microwaved popcorn.
I’d like to meet/have a meeting with my student’s Supervisor?
You may contact your student’s Supervisor directly through email to set up a meeting. Please refrain from wanting to meet with them in the morning prior to the start of school, it is best to schedule a meeting with your Supervisor.
Lost and Found?
We have a small bin at the front desk for any lost and found items. We have a "Lost and Found Friday" which is the last Friday of every month and is the final day you can check the Lost and Found, otherwise it will be donated and/or removed from campus grounds.
Can I volunteer?
YES! We have multiple areas available, from breaks and lunches to reading with our littles, there is always a place here at LCA for you to volunteer. Contact the school office for more information or join the Volunteers Group here.
